How fast is delivery?

Standard turnaround is the next business day. Shoots completed before noon can often be delivered same day on request, and rush delivery is available.

Do I need to be at the shoot?

No. Most agents provide access instructions or a lockbox code. If the home is occupied, we ask that it's photo-ready when we arrive so we can work efficiently.

What do I get, and in what format?

High-resolution and web-optimised JPEGs in both a branded and an MLS-compliant unbranded set, delivered through a private online gallery you can download and share instantly.

Can you shoot twilight and aerials on the same visit?

Yes. Aerials are captured during the daytime session; twilight is scheduled for the golden window after sunset. Booking both together is the most cost-effective option.

What if the weather turns?

Interiors proceed in any weather. For exteriors and aerials affected by rain or high wind, we reschedule that portion at no extra charge and can sky-swap where appropriate.

Who owns the images?

You receive a license to market the listing across MLS, social and print for as long as you represent it. Images are tied to the property and the engaged agent, per standard real estate photography practice.
